12. Alignment with India’s Data Protection Law

The substantive provisions relating to consent, notice, data principal rights, and breach notification are scheduled to take effect from 13 May 2027. While these provisions are not yet in force, Manore intends to align its data-handling practices with the Act’s principles ahead of that date, and this Policy will be updated as further provisions come into effect.
