Manore

THE BEGINNING

A Regular Saturday. A Pattern Nobody Had Named Yet.

It Started With Three Men.
And One Bottle.

I wasn’t trying to build a skincare brand that day.
I was standing in a beauty store when something caught my eye.

A man who looked 22 picked up a moisturiser. A few minutes later, someone in his mid-30s picked up the exact same one. Then an older gentleman reached for the same bottle.

Three men. Three completely different decades. Three different skin biologies.

One formula. For all of them.

Nobody found this strange. The shelf was full.
Everyone moved on with their day.

Except me.

If a man’s skin at 22 is genuinely different from his skin at 35 — and it is, biologically, measurably — then how is the same formula right for both?

It isn’t.

I stopped. I looked. I asked

That evening I stood in my bathroom and looked at what was on my shelf. Really looked. I picked up every product and asked a question I had never once asked before. Who was this actually built for?

I called a few friends. Men with sharp taste and opinions about everything from whiskey to watches. Same story.

Every single one of them.

Between All of US.

Every Product we owned

Fell into one of the THREE buckets.

Unisex Brands

Unisex Brands

That claimed to be built for everyone.
Which, as it turns out, means built for "no one" in particular.

Unisex Brands

Western Brands

Formulated for european winters and sold unchanged.
Under Indian summers, for skin that looks nothing like ours, in a climate they never once accounted for.

Indian Brands

That looked at a man at 22 and a an at 42.
And decided they had the same skin, the same needs, and deserved the same bottle.

None Of Us Had
Ever Stopped To Ask.

Is there anything actually built for my skin? My age? My climate?

The answer, it turned out,

Was No.

Different Skin
At Every Age.

Your skin changes every decade. Your skincare never did.

Different Climate. Different Demands.

What works in a European winter was never built for an Indian summer.

Different Biology.
Not One Formula.

Different decades don't just deserve different care. They demand it.

Built For Men
Like Us.

Real biology. Real decade. Real starting point.

We Didn't Build For Everyone.
We Built Where The Gap Was Largest.

Not because other decades don’t matter.

Because the best brands in the world don’t begin by solving everything. They begin by solving one thing so completely, so specifically, so honestly — that nothing else comes close.

We looked at where men’s skin changes the most profoundly. And where the industry had changed the least.

They pointed to the same place.

Your 30s.

The decade where collagen quietly begins its decline. Where recovery takes a little longer than it used to. Where years of Indian sun start showing up uninvited. Where almost every brand — without apology, without acknowledgment — still hands you the same bottle it handed you at 22.

Nobody had ever looked at that man and said — you deserved something built specifically for where you are right now.

That's where
Manore began.

Formulated from Indian male skin biology in the 30s. Not adapted from something else. Not extended from somewhere else.

Started here.
Built for this.

Not because the journey ends in your 30s. Because this is exactly where it deserved to begin.

Not the embarrassment. I got over that quickly. But the question underneath it wouldn’t leave. Why, in 2024, is there still nothing in this country that’s just built for us?

None Of us Had Ever Stopped To Ask

Is There Anything Actually Made For My Skin ? My Age ? my Climate ?

The Answer, it Turned out,

WAS NO.

Different Skin At
Every Age

Need Change.
Care Should Too

Different Climate Different Impact

What works there, doesn’t work here.

Different Skin Not One-size-Fits-All

Our Skin is Unique.
So should be our Care.

Made For Men Like us

Real Needs. Real Results

Who was this actually made for?

That evening I stood in my bathroom and looked at what was on my shelf. Really looked. I picked up every product and asked a question I had never once asked before. Who was this actually made for?

A unisex brand built for different skin. A moisturiser for a European winter. No sunscreen. Nothing that knew what age I was or what climate I lived in.

I called a few friends. Men with sharp taste and opinions about everything from whiskey to watches. Same story. Every single one of them.

None of us had ever asked: is there anything actually made for my skin? My age? My climate? The answer, it turned out, was no. And that was the moment everything changed.

The Problem

What the industry chose. And chose not to.

The industry had the whole world.
It still chose to ignore you.

This is not an accusation. It is just the truth. For decades, every major skincare brand in the world made a quiet, deliberate choice. They chose the market that was easier. Bigger. More willing to spend. And the Indian man was left to figure it out himself.

Western Brands

Built for European winters and sold to Indian summers.

Their Formula
Built for low-UV, low-humidity, fair-skinned markets. Unchanged for India.

Your Reality
UV Index 11. 80% humidity. Melanin-rich skin. None of it accounted for.

Unisex Brands

Never pretended to build for men. Never had to.

Their Logic
Same product. Different shelf placement. Margin extended, effort saved.

Your Status
Not their audience. An extension of their margin. A convenient afterthought.

Mass Market

One formula. Every age. Every skin. Built for volume, not for you.

Their Product
Black bottle. Bold font. Smells like a forest. Same formula as 1998

The Reality
The 22-year-old and the 42-year-old. Same bottle. Different biology. Nobody cared.

The Gap They All Left

Premium skincare built for the Indian man
at his age, in his climate, in his decade.

Nobody was sitting here. Until Manore.

That is not skincare. That is an
entire industry deciding that
the Indian man's skin was not
worth the effort.

Some Things
Are Worth Waiting For.

We’re putting the final touches on skincare built specifically for the biology of Indian men in their 30s.
