A simple customer-facing policy for order processing, delivery, tracking, and shipping issues within India.

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly on www.manore.in. We currently ship within India to serviceable PIN codes.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and prepared for dispatch within [1–2 BUSINESS DAYS] after order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During product launches, sale periods, adverse weather, high-volume periods, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of material delays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately [3–7 BUSINESS DAYS], depending on the destination PIN code and courier network. Remote or difficult-to-service locations may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by weather, transport disruptions, regulatory restrictions, public holidays, strikes, natural events, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Charges

Any shipping charge, Cash on Delivery charge, free-shipping threshold, or other delivery-related charge applicable to your order will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete the purchase.

 Free shipping on orders above ₹599. A shipping fee of ₹70 applies below this threshold.

4. Serviceability

Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability at your PIN code. If we are unable to service your address after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected order and refund any prepaid amount to the original payment method. Refund posting times may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment method.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address and/or mobile number provided at checkout, where available. Tracking information may take some time to update after the courier receives the shipment.

6. Delivery Address and Contact Details

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, mobile number, and other requested details. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order is processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the address or redirect the shipment.

7. Delivery Attempts / Failed Delivery

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts depending on their operating process. If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incomplete or incorrect, the customer cannot be contacted, Cash on Delivery payment is refused, or the shipment is otherwise undeliverable for reasons attributable to the customer, the package may be returned to us. Any reshipment may be subject to additional shipping charges where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.

8. Multiple Products in One Order

Products in the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If so, you may receive more than one tracking link and packages may arrive on different dates.

9. Damaged, Tampered, Missing, or Incorrect Shipment

If the outer package appears severely damaged or visibly tampered with at the time of delivery, you may refuse delivery where practical. If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, expired, incorrect, or incomplete product, please follow the process set out in our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within the specified reporting period with photographs and/or an unboxing video where reasonably available.

10. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no meaningful movement or your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact our customer care team. We will coordinate with the courier and provide an update. If a shipment is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to stock availability and applicable law.
